LT80 with 110 kit Carb settings?

Hello, I just bought an LT80 bored to 110. Previous owner did all the adjustments but recommended a new carb? Do I need this or can I just increase the jet size, lift the needle and do ? to the idle mixture screw? It does not idle or run properly like a smooth engine. I can't seem to find a carb to just buy for this setup. Any help with the original settings (so I can adjust from) would be nice too.
