If i put power reed valves in my sled

if i put power reed valve in my sled do i have to rejet it?
and how does dial a jet work? i think i know how it works but not sure and hints would be helpful thanks

No jetting on any reeds ive ever heard of or have i every done, dial a jet helps jet on the fly up 4sizes down 3sizes for your mains Iam not totally sure ive looked at the kit i just couldnt buy it cause of the price!!
