The final straw today was not as much the cartoon post, but it was the fact that he knew it should not be posted. He even said a few posts down that he was going to get slapped for it. That to me is him continually breaking the rules, knowing it, and not caring.

I am tired of giving warnings for the same stupid things, lilke pmp's icons. I have warned him a dozen times to clean them up yet he still puts up the girly icons. I finally told him if I have to delete another one he will be banned. People know what is allowed on here and a few seem to try and push the limits non stop."
