Anyone have any pics or updates on how the snow levels doing out there yet!?! its that time of year im sure everyones getting itchy to rip it up!

Drove through yesterday afternoon the snow line around golden is about 7000 ft.

There was a little bit of snow on the ground at lake Louise though.

again, kicking horse webcams are my go to tool at this time of year. unfortunately their "advanced weather data" is not up to date at mo.

once the snow hits town I use BC highway cams

most mornings I check lake louise and revelstoke ski resorts as well and I figure that will give a fair guide to conditions but snow fall amounts vary greatly by region.

this also gives good info not just about danger ratings but snowfall amounts and other info.

between all of this of a cup of coffee I'd like to think most people could make responsible decisions.

quartz creek is where most people(locals) go on high avy danger/ low vis days. gorman is only really for bluebird, well holt and lang ...

I put these on my bookmark list so can crap on like I know wot I'm talking about ...

Oh im all over the cams! I was just wondering if anyones been up on the quads in the snow and out playing around! Those are the really good pics especially when your too far away to be out having any fun

liturally it just started snowing in the blaeberry rite now !!!

about farkin time after all the rain we had this week ...

Finally! Thought I was going to have to go on anti depressants after looking at all the ski hill cameras for the last two month

Micu's will be at quartz I would think

The last 4 years I have seen them there

It's the highest lot to take off from, so the snow is usually down that low

no snow on the ground at our house, but the highes parts of golden upper donald has a a good 2-3inches on the road and peoples cars n trucks.
curently -3 and plenty of snow in the hills !!!

I'll b out somewhere in the next few days and will post pic's and depth ...

There is a little on the Quartz cam, not as much as I would like to see. I hadn't looked at the KickingHorse cams in a few weeks, more than I expected up top. I think if someone were to try Quartz they might find some pockets of deeper stuff.
