I'm at work, so I can't comment on exact numbers (as they are at home). I have the Silver, so I usually record in 720p at 60fps, and 5min of video is generally in the 1GB range. I know that is still way fewer MB/sec than even lower rated cards, but I prefer to run on the lower end of capacity. As you get closer to the upper limit it gets almost exponentially slower. Think of how your computer runs. If you open the task manager and follow the CPU/RAM usage, it runs fastest when you're using less than 5% of the capacity. You're computer will run re markedly slower even in the 20% range, and when you are up over the 50% range it basically crawls doing the simplest of tasks.

I run a class 10 32 gig....
Class 10 is 100% must especially if you run a high frame rate to get slow motion shots...
