fst sugestions to modify for the mountains

I am looking to buy a fst switchback and mod it out for the mountains for a back up sled. would really like some info on clutching, gearing, and turbo kits if any exist for mountain rideing.

The machines go pretty good. I have one I want to sell, the motor went last year suspecting rod failed havent pulled apart yet. Has a new 2" track and an upgraded ECU from Precision motorsports in Que. Also considering parting it out as well or how it sits now. PM if interested.

The program that Martin from Que puts in the ecu makes those Webber's an animal. Super nice fella to talk to and he knows that Webber well.
