This was on the weather network the other day and it discusses the events of the fernie avalanche. It is pretty hard to watch but is worth a look.

You have to wait after every 2 minute mini clip for a brief advertisement. It is kinda a pain but it only takes like 15 min to watch the 12 minute video

they had an interview with the survivors on snowtrax or snowmobiler tv not sure witch it was, this spring nearly made me sick when the guy said they had his buddy half dug out when the third slide hit and they had too look at him and say see ya later. scaryy chit was glad i din't go this year but raring to head out next year.
