Duramax high idle

I'd like to install high idle(not elevated idle) in my Dmax, I know that Vmac has a throttle commander but I'm sure it's worth a pretty penny.
i know that with the 07s and down guys were running a wire off the ECM connector to a toggle switch but I'm not sure if its possible with the LMMs?
What kind of options are there?

im sure the LMM you can do that. my LML you can idle up manually like a dodge
