Cataract is just primarily trail riding, there are signs posted at every intersection so it's hard to get lost out there. Great place for a day ride, no hill climbing to speak of unless you go over Fording pass at the north end, don't go there unless you are with someone who knows the area. Otherwise, great place to take young ones, or family riding. There is a lot of cut blocks, a lot of hidden stumps and rocks unless we get a ton more snow, stick to the trails.
The first staging area you come to is Etherington, which is the north end, but trails lead south to the Cataract staging area, all are connected. May go out there myself on the 2nd, I'll check back here in a couple of days, going to Sicamous BC on the 26th, back on the 31st.
