I sold mine this fw=all but will be getting another one. Never heard anything about a motorized gate?

ya they were looking into one due to all the outside vehicals coming and using the luandry mat and the phone.... that gets real anoying sitting at only"s fire with the trucks and quads going back and forth... row 7 is pretty quiet compared to ours

ya. that dam phone is annoying. people coming from the hill to use it on there quads and stuff. then they leave there loud diesels running while they talk on it. i feel like taking the quad and ripping it out of the ground this year. your camping why do you need to use the phone. the gate will have to have some kind of swipe card or else people will just give out there password.
