Thanks.sure hard to get stuff these days. I want to go bigger on top smaller on bottom. Would even go with bigger track sprockets. Can not find them..Thanks.The turbos used HYVO gear sets not the standard rexnard (silent) setup.
Bottom gears can be found at recreation supply.
Top gears I am still trying to find whom may sell them.
If I remember correctly it is a 13w wide chain, NOT the standard 15w wide
Factory is 21/53. My thoughts are a 20/53 would be very good.
You can put 19-53 in your gearcase and there is 2cm gap between each side of the chain with the stock chain used on the 21-53.
Full throttle there is only torque on the pull side.
Hand brake, there is only torque on the track drive sprocket shaft.
The only torque pushing on the adjuster slider shoe is "engine braking", "reverse" and slowing down with no engine braking, the inertia of the clutch shaft and portion of engine rotating assembly.
Not saying you have to gear lower, im only saying what fits with the stock chain.
Beware of 21 models~newer, the bottom gear is shaved on the backside. So if you tried to put a 2020 gear on the newer model, nope, wont fit, too thick, can't mount the c-clip. The 21~newer the track drive shaft is slight narrower (saving weight) than the older models.
Good Morn. Not really when on hard backed roads or trails want to be going at speed without being on to much boost. That when heat starts to come and motor gets hot.You want you go faster in gearing? Anyway.
Oler, venom has hyvo top sprockets.

Good day. I think I will go with bigger track sprockets. Make that turbo work when I need it. Over 3 ft. of white stuff where we ride. You can put 19-53 in your gearcase and there is 2cm gap between each side of the chain with the stock chain used on the 21-53.
