Sparx, I like the angle on the second video way better than the first. Staring at your A$$ got a little tiresome!!:d

I hear ya! Still trying to figure out the best angles for everything, kinda tricky. Must say the suction cup on the rear tunnel works pretty good with the GoPro, never fell off yet. Neat to see in the deep powder at least from that angle, sounds totally different too....

Got back last night from 3 awesome days in Chatter. What a blast we had, blue skies, warm days, lotsa great untouched snow. Gotta say this is a fantastic place. The service provided by the staff at Chatter was first class. Here's a few teasers and a link to a few vids from the trip

Nothing exciting ever happens out on the slopes other than maybe the odd slide or avy so we get bored easily, nothing better than dodging trees , (them S.O.B's seem to just come out of nowhere), climbing creeks and ravines,( full of surprises like big holes full of open water) and bouncing over rocks and stumps....... call us crazy but that's what we like.

No damage to the sled, but we had some carnage happen to 3 others.

Heading out to Chatter for first time this weekend :) I understand they have skimmers/boggans you can borrow to tow gear, fuel etc in from the parking lot - anyone know the hitch type required for these or do they have a universal bumper mount hitch available? And which octane fuel do they have and much are they selling it for? Thanks!

Seen a few skimmers there at the lodge, never really noticed if they had different hitches or not, would assume they all would be just the standard hitch type though. Fuel available is premium at $1.40 litre.

Better double check, we've been there twice now and they've always only had Regular 89 Octane and still did this year when we checked before heading in. Okay for stocker sleds, or sleds with minor mods but I wouldn't trust it if your running a head or any work that increased your compression (pump gas turbo, porting, etc).

For a price they will haul in drums of fuel for you if you leave them at the parking lot. They have a neat little skimmer that is setup to haul drums in too that they let people use as well. We found with a sled topped up with a fuel caddy and 4-20/25L jerry cans was plenty of fuel for 3 days riding putting over 150miles of riding...
