This is on a 650, but I bet it is very close to yours. Get your popcorn ready
and make yourself comfortable, because its movie time.

I used this video as a base for when I snorkelled out my 650. He uses some cheap spa hose in the video for the clutch exhaust, I used high heat marine exhaust hose - much better and it doesn't wear as fast as the spa hose. In the video he makes a special adaptor for the air box and cuts a hole in the bottom of it. I cut the end off of the existing air intake for the air box and used a rubber long 90 degree elbow that was a 2" to 1.5" and dropped it down under the frame and then another long 90 to bring it back up towards the hood. It will save you cutting the air box up.

best bet is to make your own. all the kits i have seen are parts from a hardware store, nothing custom. the highlifer kit cost like 200.to much. the hard part is geting good fit from cluch cover to round pipe and fitings.as you know the cover is not round. it is a snug fit on the outlet, i had to run it out the other side of the bike upto the front on the right side the inlet, i ran strate up to the right side too. then i dubble snorkled the air box and ran them up to the left. i used 1"1/2 pipe and fitings
