Can-Am Renegade

I ordered one on May 8, and they will be releasing a date for them the first of November. I cant wait to try it out, a little late in the year for a new quad though.
It seems to be a unique looking unit. Any other comments on it??

I recieved a call today from Bill at Riverside, and my Renegade will be ready to pick up in a week :yahoo: The only problem is I have to check into the warentee as they say sport quads only have a 6 months. Then I my as well wait till pick up till at least late January..

Im heading to Riverside to pick it up today (Sat) then I guess I can just look at it now and dream about driving in the mud in the summer. Thats fine for now as Its snowmobile time, not quadding. I was asked to go out today with it, I'll wait for 2 weekends. Next weekend the mountains are calling me.

I will post a pic of it later today though..

That is 100% stock. 12" of ground clearence at the lowest point, 10" supention travel, It even sounds cool. I think the only thing I wasnt crazy about were the tires, but have to try them first in some mud. It seems alot lighter that even my 400, Renegade is 597 lbs and the 400 Outlander is 607 lbs.

Yes, Its a 4 x 4, or 2 x 4, its 800cc V Twin 4 tec Fuel injected... I cant believe how easy it starts in -29 weather. And very easy to control. It doent have the racks but there is a little box available for the back..

Nice Quad Ron. Like you bought my 500 outy in Oct rode it for 1 week hunting parked ever since. Warranty is slowly running out 3 yrs remaining. Those tires dont look to agressive because it is asport quad. They wont it to be able to slide around corners be able to kick the arse out in the corners and handle sporty. If you put big mudder tires on it you shold just go buy a 800 outlander. Think sport not mudbogger. Enjoy see you out there.

Wow!

Well I took the Renegade out to the Bruderheim area. All I can say is WOW!! This is quite the powerfull unit it just plows through snow. Its very peppy, its quite stable too. And the woops are hardly noticeable. This thing rocks. There is a sticker by the handlebars which is quite funny. We met a few other people today as well. One of the guys had a brand new Kodiak with power steering, thats quite neat on a atv.
