best engine shop in Edmonton (Alberta)

I am looking for some feedback about engine shops in Edmonton (or Calgary if it is worth the travel), we are looking to do 416 stroker kit for my Dodge 340 and really would appreciate any advice.

Call AMS!!!! They're pricey, but the service you receive is worth every penny. He's built us many jetboat motors over the years to race all over the world, and now a drag engine. Wouldn't trust my hard earned money to anyone else.
