A new twist tonight. Fresh Sockeye salmon burgers with secret ingredients. Some of which are the following; two kinds of cheese, butter, sweet green relish, garlic pesto, lea & perrins, salt, pepper, and chilli peppers all mixed together and cooked on the Weber. Delicious!!

It is interesting how when you mix up meat with spices and goodies, they taste so much better the second night. Warmed up a couple of left over salmon burgers from last evening. They were extra delicious tonight.
Used that smokey, raspberry, haberno sauce from Costco tonight.

With the big red ball shining through the smoke filled sky a guy still has to eat. Pork riblets with Brazilian rub, fresh garden beets, and beet greens with balsamic vinegar. A great combination and to top it off, a big piece of homemade apple crisp!!

Thanks guys. So does one sprinkle it on with the rub spices and rub it in. Or make a paste with the rub spices and rub that in?
If you cannot find it Doug let me know. I'll buy you a bottle and ship it to you

I've never used it as a marinade. Can't help you there. Have only used in soups and my kid puts it on Mac and cheese.
