Was checking sled over today 1500 miles see an air bubble
in oil line at tank. Have never seen one before. Have had no
lines off. Have never ran tank lower than half.

Have a beer and ride it............you are looking too hard for something?

Seriously, I don't know if it is something to be concerned about or not.

It will burp through!
If you do start noticing air bubbles at a consistent rate, you may have a cracked line or fitting.
New or old sled?
Might just need a new piece of line replaced.

Let the engine idle. Reach in and open the oil pump lever to the max. It will smoke a bit, but will get the air out of the line. Then check the oil line fittings to see if one is loose and letting air in.
