69 669 in a 97 mxz chasis

i recently got a 69 tnt 669 running after being ceased and sitting for 20 years, would i be able to mount the engine in a 97 mxz chasis?

You could, but I wonder why. They only had 55-60 HP if I remember correctly and I am not sure which clutch would fit. The original clutches were not the best.
