550 fan RMK Help

My son has a 2000 550 trail RMK and I cant get it to run on both cyl. PTO side fires Mag side wont
I have checked Fuel, pulled carbs checked all jets have fuel to cyl, plug gets wet. It will start and run but only on PTO side I can run with plug wire on or off no diff.
Coil is good I have plenty of spark, l even tried to switch wires and either wire will run PTO side.
New plugs.
Pulled head piston looks like new.
All vacume lines hooked up and clear
Good compression both sides
Any Ideas would be much apreciated I dont know what else to try

Put new plugs in each hole.

Switch plugs around and see if the other hole fires,may be a bad plug.

if compression is good, and your getting fuel, the coil is a simese type so yes you can flip it around. do you have spark on both sides? might be a spark plug wire or cap (if you have tried new plugs) if the coil is firing one it should be firing the other unless one of the other parts is toast(wire or cap).

Are you sure you are getting gas to the mag side? I suspect you have a crank seal gone on the mag side. (start engine and then flood it using choke, check plugs to see if they are both wet?) You say you got spark and compression? if you are getting gas, it should fire. GOOD LUCK
