2014 Summit Exterminator Kit?

I heard from a guy that he put an exterminator kit on his Cat and it gave him like, an extra 15 HP. Can these be bought for a 2014 Summit? Does anyone else have them?

No, the rotax doesn't really respond to bolt ons. Only more displacement or air being rammed into it.
