You guys with DJ kits on this sled, what did you end up running for weight?

for my XRS i started at 16.5 g's for the 159 in mtn use valemont, revy. Once i changed stock hard track to the powder max and added 14:1 head and new engine (skidoo replaced), i was up to 18 g's (new engine definitely had more power with same mods on it, not sure why). clicker 4 was sweet spot. that sled rocked with that set up.

In the kit information he says 4000-8000 feet should be 15.9 grams, 8000+ should be 15.3 grams both in clicker 4, i just installed my kit so i guess i will see how it works out... better bring the tools to take the clutch off and change weights if i need to do so on first ride :)

Couldnt get a constant shift with Dj`s kit, or perhaps any kit. The primary clutch on alot of these sleds is a P.O.S. I threw on a polaris p-85 with Dj`s helix. Problem solved. The end. 8300 rpm.... ALL DAY, every day.

I ending up going 15.9g, I also got a machine shop to put the older wider bushings into the secondary, installed new factory bushings in primary.
It blows my mind how this thing holds 8200rpm all the time.
What impressed me the most was in deep powder when I hardly had any track speed left, it was still pulling a shade over 8000rpm. Just no horse power left to keep up the track speed. The xrs will definitly be sticking around for another season.

On my 06 I run 17.3 on clicker 5. 8000+ elevation. Dropped a clicker for 7000-8000. Stock ramps, New primary spring and DJ helix.

Tried it out this weekend and WOW. Very impressed.
