2003 Ski-Doo Tundra II

Got a question for you guys. I was looking for a sled to haul my ice fishing tent & gear out onto the lake. I found a Tundra as per the title for sale for $1600.00 & it looks to be in pretty good shape.

Any thoughts on these machines?

tundra 2's are a simple sled, not many bells and whistles, run forever with a little care, cheap on gas, float on snow, not very powerful, great for kids
i could go on, all round great sled. take care of it and it will take you anywhere you want to go. have had 6 of these sleds, no major problems with any we had, used for work and may have been the best sled we had. they are a little tippy, and the windshield will break if hauling in a truck- take windshield off when transporting.
