Lots variance in that question. Timing, engine cc, fuel delivery method, porting all play a factor from what I have heard. Wish I knew a lot more about it.

CNG 120+ octane and you can fill up at home. If your adding some compression to the wedge you may as well just swap fuel sources as well.
