If you never had a updated Short Block installed yet, NOWs the time. The inner MAG beraing came apart and the cage went through the engine. Make sure you replace the head if there is the smallest nick in it or it is sure to detonate from the hot spot from the nick.

600 what..?.. SDI. Get a dealer to scan it. Or you could be there forever trying to figure it out. It might just need a fault cleared from when it went into limp home.
Next time it happens, pop the fuel cap off and see if there is excessive pressure in the tank, check the tank vent line by the RH shock tower, could be packing with snow.

If it went into "Limp Home" of tripped the check engine ligh get your dealer to scan it, no way to Speculate an issue untill then.
Check the lower rad hose under/behind the recoil, the upper hose under th oil tank, the "T" fitting behind the air box.
Chances are it will only leak when its really cold due to the aluminum contracts in the hose and the leak stops verry shortly after the engine is running.
The 383 replaces the 166. But the 377 and 383 are the same dimentions but the 377 is a harder compound so I recomend the 377 is you ride hard.
But remember the 383/377 is 1mm shorter and 1mm wider than the 166 so some attention is needed when adjusting the belt deflection.

Just make sure there are not pits in the head or you will be doing it all over again fron detonation due to a hot spot in the chamber.

I have 07 RenX with elec start and if the 5amp fuse in the add-on harness is NFG then you wont get spark for some reason-cant remember if the RT had that 5amp fuse..?..

I ve had 3 sleds with different symtoms due to electrical issue
1. Bad high beem switch-engine light when on high beem
2. Bad ground to the head lights
3. Had a spark plug wire jumping spark somehow at the coil
Check this.....Make sure the clip that rides ontop of the brake pad is ON TOP of the pad and didnt fall between the pads. This wont allow the pad(s) to come together properly and will feel like fade.
