2018 Yamaha Sidewinder MTX 162 Build

Looking good Chris. I'm thinking I might just powdercoat all the intakes as black works with anything and then it's done. Flashing SW and KC ecus like mad, the reviews are great. Can't wait for yours, I'll add it to my All Go Customs FB page when you're done.

    2013 m1100 Questions

I have been the Evo distributor for Canada since before they were a retail company. Was involved in much of the r&d of their bolt on parts and turbo kits, and built many 1100t monsters when I owned White Knuckle, including three 300+ hp ones of my own. I stock pretty much all 1100t Evo parts in...

    Best Shop for M9000 Mods

On the hill performance always speaks for itself. I haven't had anyone that I re-flashed over another brand, or replaced a piggyback for, that had negative comments about Evo's performance. 100% people will post bad experiences, try to find an Evo one. Most common thing i hear is how the Evo hp...

    Best Shop for M9000 Mods

WKM is the Evolution Powersports distributor for Western Canada, and Evo is the only company that builds and tunes mountain specific 1100 turbo kits. To make over 250hp consistently at elevation requires a bigger turbo among other things. We have sold over 80 m1100 turbo kits and installed a lot...

    Mcx vs alpine turbo

The Evolution Powersports kit I run is 275 on 100 with no shim. I reflashed my ecu with the new Evo Hi Compression turbo flash for raised rev limit and timing which makes it possible to run another couple pounds still using the 100 octane. Should be around another 10-15hp with a little rpm and...

    Helix on M1100T?

Have used the 38/46 helix since 1100s came out. Tried a Shockwave back then and didn't like it. A progressive helix in our elevations works very well.

    2012 M1100 with ECM 25 code

Sometimes you can get away with taking the actuator apart and rotating the circle gear to a new contact spot and it will work fine too. They can get much play when they get worn and hang up.

    Evo BRV

Sold about 150 of them in the last 4 years being the distributor for Western Canada. With increased boost with flashes etc the stock $1.99 one has trouble holding the extra pressure. The Evo one is a nice riding improvement over stock because of better control and the ability to hold boost...

    M9000 No Start

Not sure why you wouldn't try to find one at one of many Cat dealers in AB or BC before trying Evo, or even me the Canadian distributor for Evo.....or maybe you have, but I'm sure there are some out there. I know we had stock until maybe last week. Evo's are the same as the Jacobson ones we sell...

    New build advice

Evo's Viper kit has altitude compensating but they are the only one I know that does.

    2013 m1100t cold air

Did you follow the instructions on Evo's website for the install? We get them to fit very well but after 50 or 60 you get better I guess. Did you trim off the ends that go onto the factory vents? If not they make the hood push up. Some require more trimming than others as ever hood sits just a...

Sold about 150 of those with the intake elbow. Lots of easy Evo bolt ons for the 1100. If you have any questions you can shoot me an email to gene@wkms.ca. I am the Evo distributor for Western Canada and stock it in house. Just mention you are the guy from S&M if you do.

    162 M1100 turbo weight

Sorry bud, my reply was not directed at you, just the regular haters that think 600lbs rtr is still waaaay to heavy. 600 rtr is the lightest sled I've had in the last 8 years and I'm not sure my rt1000 before that was lighter...... Now that I'm done the Evo turbo build I hope to start on my...

    162 M1100 turbo weight

I weighted at least 3 1100t back in 12 and rtr was the highest at 673 for a Ltd, and they've shed some weight since then. The Viper non turboed has been 595-603 that I've seen posted. Depending on the turbo kit 635-641 and with some relatively cheap parts like a battery, hood, and other easy...

2013 m1100T need ideas for belt problem

I wish we would have gotten to work on the the TCL part of the install on your sled. Unfortunately we didn't. We have had very good success with TCL delete kits, and and we all know with anything the install makes the parts. The person that bought your sled has already boughten some other parts...

2013 m1100T need ideas for belt problem

The Stage 3 is just over $1500 Cdn and like Scott said you also need the OSP engine snubber to complete the parts for this install. You also have to elimate the clutches as part of the equation as the TCL delete won't help that. If you are doing the install yourself you really do need the OSP...

    What's your summer mods?

The mountain fit work very well. They incorporated some ideas we told them were needed for the 1100. Like any aftermarket hood (c3, diamond s, mountain fit...I've done them all) they all require some "massaging" to mount nicely. How much massaging depends how fussy you are. I budget 3-4 hours...
