Have a 2011 pro with aftermarket rear wheel,had to pull rail off for a repair now having a hard time getting the rear wheels back in.whats the best way to get enough slack in track so everything lines up?

So I ordered a adjustable lightweight post,is this suppose to have a bottom aluminum piece for the handle bars to sit in?all it came with is the top cap and four bolts wich are way to long for it to just bolt onto the top of post
