Engine needed for 2007 m1000

Crank/rod bearing failed,cheaper to replace with new or could this be repaired for cheaper?

call darren at all season motor sports in cranbrook bc. i believe he has crate 1000 motors on the shelf and hell be able to tell you if its cheaper to rebuild or drop a new one in. 12504264009

Last time i was at arctic edge motorsports Brent had a complete m1000 engine ready to drop in sittin at his shop.

Dons speed parts had a motor sitting there on feb 1. 2500 exchange. Brand new engine.

I have a few M1000 motors sitting around,a brand new crate motor,a case ported and top end ported motor built by Brent Linderman with 500 miles on it and I also have a M1000 that has about 500 km on it.....I ain't giving any of it away but would part with a motor for a reasonable price....PM me if you are interested.

You can get exchange cranks and cylinders from Recreation Supply pretty reasonably priced.....but that $1300 sounds pretty hard to beat!
