Check your exhaust valves!! Mine was doing the same. Went threw everything clutches, compresion and so on. Small cracks in the exhaust valves rubbers. Check them out
New to the world cats. I have bought a brand new 13 snopro 162. I was able to finally get some ride time in nonconcret snow. I can make it carve like a dream to the left but to the right seems to be a struggle! At home on the back alley on a hard surface its way easier to the left. Front shocks...
I swaped the springs out with 800 pro springs on my 700iq. Then dropped the weights a couple grams( can't remember ). With stock gearing it woke it, but with the belt drive it's now alive!!
On my 700 rmk I put in factory pro 800 springs in primary and secondary's. Dropped the weights down from factory I think a couple grams(can't remember dam it!). With stock gearing it woke it up, but with the belt drive now it's alive lol
Has anyone tried to fit the 13-14 style running boards off the pro onto a iq? The tunnels are the same but the mounting on the front is the questionable part.
I can't say I have experienced the engine difficulty as you have to help you out. Maybe just a glitch caused to shut down? Sounds like you need to drop the weights to get full 8000+ rpm or your exhaust valves are on the way out? May experience with a wrecked stuff is use all parts. $300 ish...
I'd stay to the 8200 mark myself. The dalton weights are the way to go for the really refinded setting. Where you ride and the snow conditions makes all the difference in where you want it run at for the biggest smiles
