whats the easiest way to bleed the brakes?

im having issues with my front brakes, they werent working at all. so i changed the pads and still no action. it feels like once yousqueeze it right to the handlebar at low speed it wants to, otherwise nothing. Any ideas what it could be?

My buddies had the same issues with his M1000, and i have the same problem with my 07 M8. His turned out being the reverse actuator and got it replaced on warranty. As for me i just unhooked my actuator and dont use the reverse. I was gonna look at it more in depth when i rip my diamond drive...

I got belts from kenssports.com, $72 each for the 046 and $132 for the 060. Shipping on 5 belts was 40. Really good to deal with, had the belts in less than a week.

I rode my sled on Sunday and it ran fine. Started it up this afternoon, let it warm up, went to go and it would barely move. It would rev up to about 4500 and then want to die. Tried this a couple of times and shut her down. Looked under the hood and looked fine(clutches, belt, etc)...

I know my helmet was cleaned good enough, might just try some good old krazy glue now.

i just put on the intake on my M8. i put on the piece in the nose of the hood, and not the air intake horn on the bottom. I am probably going to put it on if i have to. Does anyone else have just the high flow intake by itself?
