Wondering if anyone knows if a 521 rotax has the same crank taper as a 670 rotax ? I'm looking at picking up a 521 engine that needs a clutch. I have a 670 clutch on the shelf.
Found a 98X im going to restore. Wondering if the 98x and 99x use the same stock pipe. The pipe on the 98 is pretty beat but I have found a 99x pipe.

I was looking at the Doo parts catolgue on line,a belly pan for a 98 summit is no longer available. A bellypan for a 98 and 99 summit x is still available.There is 1 number difference in part numbers,but I can't think of any differences in tha pans,as they are all s chassis. Anyone?:confused:
Just bought a older 500 doo for my kids great shape except the engine is badly oxidized. Anyone have a easy solution for bringing it back to original ? I know I can tear it apart and bead blast it,but I hate to take apart a perfectly running engine.:eek:
