Just bought a older 500 doo for my kids great shape except the engine is badly oxidized. Anyone have a easy solution for bringing it back to original ? I know I can tear it apart and bead blast it,but I hate to take apart a perfectly running engine.

How ya doing? Haven't chatted since the reunion this summer! I've had some luck using WD-40 and a scotch-brite pad to clean the oxidation off. Guess it depends on how "bad" it is though. TTYL...
