You could try one of these pumps from GPI. It's what Taylor Wings uses in there toolbox combos.

Does anybody know who installs the AFC in trucks in Calgary? I have a Taylor Wings tank in my truck. Bought it from Truck Outfitters, but they say they won't put in the AFC.

Got the wheels on my trailer from Kal Tire. Any tire shop should be able to get you some. If not, you could just get your factory ones powder coated.
