Glad to hear Kyle is doing alright. Wish I could have done more to help. Hope he has a speedy recovery. Great job by Curtis taking control of the situation
Well, got the sled back today, turns out the TPS was considerably out to lunch... Also got the oil line update while it was in. This was all covered under my warranty, which ended last November... Kudos to Polaris and/or Elk Island Sales for that! Sled idles properly and the gauge stayed on...
Thank you for answering my simple and honest question/statement with one of the most immature replies I have seen here to date. And with regards to my favorite statement, seen above in bold letters, if your business isn't my business, why post on a public forum? At no point did I say I know...
I don't get why people do this... Wood holds moisture against the box which will later cause rust, rot under the boards, etc. looks like azz pretty quick too. Why not spend the extra $500 on your $40000+ truck?

The private used market is a joke there considering the state of their economy... It's not like the housing market there. However, I think there are some savings to be had in the dealer market (i.e. brand new, or year-old low km)... depending on brokerage fees and all the other nonsense...
Tossing around the idea... Does anyone have any information on brokers, or any other valuable experience? Looking at new(er) Duramaxes and just debating which route to take. Thanks!

The weird thing is, it only fell on its face about five times in an hour, then died once completely. That's it. Otherwise it ran like a top. Just with the gauge doing its own thing.
