Just wondering what setups guys are running on the etec, I ve been running the tied for 3 yrs and still trying to get all the power to the track. What setups are guys running?
1700kms on mine now, hesitation stopped at 900kms, but same old summit problems. as longs as you gear down, and switch up clutching, and vent it real good its decent, only reason i havnt switched to the cats is i just love the chassis skidoo has.
ive got 1700 km on mine now, everything in the clutch has held up, which im quite surprised, 3 blowen belts but works ok after all clutching was tinkered with. maybe you got a lemon of a bushing.

ya its been ok, the cats still out climb mine any day, and ive spent lots on good cluthing, but today riding in deep pow, the exhaust sensor popped out for the 3 rd time so i shut the sled off and screwed it back in, went to fire it up, it would idle but wouldnt get any fuel, would just suck...
hey guys wondering what you have done to your primary.. whatcha running,. ive just swapped ... again my primary spring to blue/ purple and 433 ramps.. running 21grms and will test it this weekend and see, running at 3000-8500 ft
when the oil cable breaks.... it opens up, mine broke on my 08, burnt tank of oil in 1/4 fuel.... under the carbs is how to get to it, its such a pain to replace the cable, i pulled the engine mounts and tilted the motor ahead so you can finally get your hands in there.
ya the power is there but i feel when its loaded it dont pull like it should, i switched to the team tied secondary running a 62 helix, waiting for a straight 59, i tested it today riding with two other m8 s... a 09 and a new 2011... similar weight riders and the new cat pulled 50 ft ahead...
