YUP, THIS WILL BE DAM FUN.. WHAT SHOULD WE HAVE TYLER BUY FIRST??

Tyler's gonna start with a townhouse with a garage, then he'll buy quads, then he'll get back into a sled. Wait, to haul 2 quads and the tent trailer, I'm gonna need a bigger truck, so insert truck before quads, oh, and deck to haul them on..... wow, dreams are good, first I need to pay off the stuff I've got :)

I think he is going to need a nice new 4-place sled trailer for him and his friends. That would certainly make us all a lot happier!!

Should that be enclosed or Open?

TylerG,
where do you live, I will tell you the closest, least expensive place to go.
Do you need emergency first aid(1day) or standard first aid(2days)?

I'm pretty sure its standard first aid, even if its not thats what I'm gonna take, it always looks good on a resume.

and yes, I'm out in the Stony Plain area.

Leduc safety in Nisku has courses through out the week and saturdays. They offer both H2s and first aid. H2s will cost you $130 and the 2 day first aid is the same price. I just had to re-new my courses at the beginning of september. As teamgreen says they are boring courses if you have had to re-new them numerous times.

I don't see anything on their website about saturdays but I'll ask them when I call tomorrow

The demand for surveyors and rodmen is high, just like all other profesions. If you are qualified for the position, use it as a bargaining chip, and they should provide you with the courses. Tell them that you will gladly take them after you are hired on.

Is it for commercial surveying or oilfield?

tekim:D

Hey Tekim,

they came back today, and are going to reimburse for the course, I'll be quitting my current job on a thursday to take the H2S on a friday, and then the first aid thru the weekend.

Thanks EVERYONE for all you're help.
