xm headlight covers

has anyone had any success making their own headlight covers on an xm? i tried making some out of a black duotang to no success cant contour to the bends nicely, would be doable with two pieces but that would look bad,
what have you guys done, is their a company that makes them?
would prefer to make some rather than buy

also have no interest in painting or tinting them so no need to comment that

These are from Braap Wraps. They are perforated so they don't affect function. They are 2 piece.
