Weak layer

Has anyone else who has rode the Valemount area noticed activity in the recent storm snow.

On thursday this last week the top 4-8 inches was sliding. Which isn't super dangerous really, but with another 1-2' or w/e fell on top of it since then that could mean trouble.

did a test pit on saturday. that layer has moved down to about 30-40cm but took serious effort to fracture. wouldnt be concerned about it at this point. but its getting warm again
