tool kit location 2010 hcr

hey guys friend just bought a 2010 hcr with a short seat any idea where he could find the tool kit, i know mine on my 09 is under there but his isn't the full size seat and could it be different on a hcr, if cant be located anyone know where he could buy one thanks

I've seen the tool kit velcroed to the frame near the exhaust can on the RH side
