I ride a 97 800 storm se it has a 144 with a 2inch paddle, has been regeared this year and now has some powder skis, last time we were out my sway bar popped out of the trailing arm on the right side, so I replaced the slide in the arm replaced all 4 suspension rods and ends and bushings and made sure everything was nice and tight
went out today and rode 10 miles and both sides came out this time.
anyone have any suggestions, would love some help.
thanks.

I drilled out the rivets and removed it entirely, covered the holes in the bulkhead by riveting on some black plastic.

Remember to cover the holes in the bulk head fill with snow and ice.
