Can anyone tell me where the secondary settings should be on 08 XP.

there are no settings. all you can adjust on the secondary is the belt deflection. should be set right on chord line.

Just thought the markings on the secondary Nut that bolts to the jackshaft had some significance

I had fugged with it and thought it was downshiftin harder than before..............maybe cause now i have compression
