Can anyone please explain to me the hole settings on the new limited strap. The manual just doesn't make sense to me. Mentiones 6 holes and there are only a couple.

Okay! On a serious note, here are the pictures showing how it came from dealer and the holes on the strap. Is this a factory setting and have guys let it out from there? Thanks for anyone that can give me a actual answer!

I usually let it off 1 hole. I find if i go 2 it wont climb worth a crap. but what ever floats your boat.

Looks like you have a expert, it goes off the dead end of the strap. It always has to be assembled with one end touching the bar.
If you let the strap out one hole on the bottom bar, you will have to tension your center spring.

The strap in the diagranm above does not reflect what i have as shown in the picture i provided. There are less holes.

In your pictures it looks like you have 2 different types of limiter straps? The one in your hand looks like 2022 or earlier strap. The other one installed is on a 23 expert. The 23 expert seems to have less adjustment. But you can tighten it a bit if you drill new hole, as its been done by lots of guys who don't prefer to wheelie everywhere.

Looking at your picture again with the strap installed, what’s the position of the limiter strap lever on the side of the tunnel?

Kinda hard to tell in your pic, but it looks like your limiter strap is in precision or up position on your suspension. There was a TSB of these being incorrectly installed at the factory.
