I posted this on Doo Talk as well, but I wanna hear what you guys think and see who else has done some seat mods. I rough cut this myself and then took to a shop to finish off. Overall it cost me $160 Cdn tax paid. Not bad deal considering an aftermarket one is in the region of $400. I lowered it 3 inches and narrowed about 3/4 inch. The material is an older style as well so its not grippy and easy to slide across. As i get older I find the belly gets lower and the seats go higher!
What do you guys think and who has done some mods as well.
Oh ya and as far as the aftermarket advertising weight loss for a seat, good luck the factory seat barely tipped 2.5lbs covered on the scale.
