go to the star thingy, it asks if you approve with a blue dot beside it, below is do not approve....move the blue dot to there, give a reason....BAM red rep

I also used to be able to donate casino cash to users, even Mods. $1 at a time and a flaw in the system, which I graciously pointed out to management at no fee, allowed me to repeat this $1 donation over and over without the need to refresh the page. Each generous $1 donation was communicated to the recipient via both PM and email notification PLUS each PM was communicated via email.

I donated over $500 to summitdic and rather than being thankful he got mad.....
