Phazer MTX coolant temp sensor

Does anyone know where the brown wire gets bolted to from the coolant temp sensor on a 2008 Phazer MTX? Is it just a ground to the frame? There are 3 wires coming off the green connector that attaches to the coolant temp sensor, 2 of these wires go directly into the wiring harness with the 3rd brown wire looking like it needs to be bolted to something. Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to assemble this machine that came to me in pieces.

I looked at the service manual and there are only 2 wires for the coolant temperature sensor.
