I was told by my dealer this morning that once you get the 377 your belt warranty is over. Have you geared down to a 19 tooth and added weight to your clutch yet?

4 of us in my riding group have XP's, my sled was the closest to the stock alignment numbers out of the 4. one was 5mm out and eating belts bad, once it was aligned it worked a lot better. dealer gave him the "it's not adjustable" line, but we managed to loosen off the engine mounts and get it within 1mm of the specs. his dealer also changed the spring cup and bushing, saying that running the 166 for high miles damages the cup and bushing. got back from 4 days of riding in Valemount and none of us had any belt issues, I was also told the same as sumx54....no warranty on 377 belts.
