Bought a used 22 turbo, 1000km, changing plugs I see what looks like a lot of belt dust? This look normal or do I have something else going on?

Normal.
I use Spray-Nine and a dish brush or scotch brite. It won't hurt anything; you can spray it everywhere. Obviously cover the intake.

Interesting that the plugs appear to have already been out/changed at 1000km. Those wires can be tough to get fully seated.

belt dust is normal.

plugs i got 3500km out of mine before i had to change them. wouldn't surprise me if i had to do them earlier given the oil consumption.

It does look a little excessive for 1000km. I try to blow out the clutch area everytime I have the sled in my garage. When it starts to build up I use brake clean. The longer ya leave it, the harder it is to get off. I bet a good ol MBRP Trail can would really help that sled. 🤓
