M1000 losing mag side after quarter throttle..

Sled starts and idles great but past quarter
Throttle sled runs on one cylinder. Plugs on mag side are wet and pto side is dark brown.. Broken reed? Anyone experience this?Sled had an attitude fuel controller, unplugged it and the sled

Second and then
Started back on the one cylinder. My fuel pressure is 45, I haven't found any broken wires yet..

i think i might be having the same problem. is it happening all the time, or just every once in a while?

i just had an issue with a short from rubbing mark on one of the plug wires and it ran good untill put under load then it would bog and not rev above 6100-6200.may not be your problem but worth ruling out.

The firs tthing that i'd do is unplug the main plug going to the handlebars to rule out anything in the bars as i've had lots of issues with wiring in the bar switches. Cause it sounds like yours is doin exact same as mine used to do and mine was a super easy simple fix.
