Anyone have an injector brand and number for a 2015 Polaris 800 pro? From what I can find from 2013-2019 800’s are all the same part number, however I don’t want the wiring harness I just want injectors and I can’t find a part number for them alone.

These are from a 2016, but should all be the same in the 850's too. Had them flow tested before rebuilding engine. Bosch 0280 158 321

Unfortunately in the 800's there were 3 different injectors that could have come on the engine; red, blue or yellow. The programming in the ECU needs to match the color of injector as they all flow a little different, which the dealer can program through digital wrench.

I think in this case you're pretty much stuck buying OEM parts, and paying the dealer to reflash the sled if the new injectors are different than the old ones.

Further to this, I believe Polaris got rid of the Blue and Red injectors and went to Yellow at some point. So it's pretty likely the new injectors would be the Yellow color code as well.

Correct on the mapping. I have seen some slightly used injectors for under $200, not sure what the dealership is charging these days. BWC east of Edmonton always has some on his website. https://bwcpowersports.ca/search?type=product&q=injector
