Tough slugging up there. It was a crazy mission they had planned and would have been awesome if it worked out but they had some crazy weather thrown at them. Skirting the caribou closures really makes the access difficult.

Sisu is a unique Finnish concept. It is a Finnish term that can be roughly translated into English as strength of will, determination, perseverance, and acting rationally in the face of adversity. Sisu is not momentary courage, but the ability to sustain that courage.

Jason is a deep thinker

If you’ve ever rode with him it’s crazy how he just knows where to go. He’s like a human GPS. Him and Dennis have really helped motivate my son to starting to get his courses for guiding. He’s only 14 and that’s all he can talk about now. They are definitely good for promoting the sport.

That’s awesome, I’ll have to reach out to him to say hello. It was a well put together video…

Amazing terrain, adventure and just great example of motivation. Will take this type of riding any day over the hillside ballerinas that spend all day doing hopovers and bow ties up and down the same face over and over again.
