I've recently picked up a 1996 Ski doo Summit 670 and have learned a lot from this forum. The Summit has some mods and I'm trying to make it work reliably and with good performance. I live just north of Anchorage, Alaska and plan to ride in the mountains around here. Thanks for all the good info.

1996 Summit 670, twin pipes/ cans, egt guage, clutched, carbon fiber trailing arms, plastic skis, 6" riser bars, 136" X 2" paddle track, 8 tooth drivers.
1993 Indy 500, 3" riser, 133.5 x 1.5" paddle track, xtra 10 rear skid, fox shocks
